How to use CHESTER-X0A installed on "B" slot

Hi,

I was able to use CHESTER-X0A which was installed on “A” slot, but having problem when it is installed on “B” slot. Could you please let me know what changes need to be made?

Btw, I assume the “ctr_x0_a” below indicates CHESTER-X0A, and not the “A” slot, correct?

the suffix is really the slot. I answered similar question in a similar post here.
