My project(rain gauge) have two lora node. one be server(indoor),one be client(outdoor).

you would need to ask the seller whether the device you will buy could work as a gateway. There’s a important point to know - difference between LoRa and LoRaWAN.

The issue is that single channels gateway for example ESPs are not LoRaWAN compatible. LoRa Wan expects many (6) channels to transmit and spread the messages in the frequency spectrum.
You can force any LoRa Module (and BigClown Module) to operate at just single frequency.
