Soil sensor reporting constantly 0 or 100

Hello,

I have two soil sensors. Both are connected to a Core module and inserted into the same pot with plants. Both sensors report temperature, however, one sensor either constantly reports a moisture of 0 or when I water the plants oscillates between 0 and 100. Attaching a screenshot from Grafana. Is the sensor broken?

Hello Peter,

this seems like a fault sensor. I’ve already sent you an e-mail with information. We will refund or replace faulty sensor.
